Supreme Court ne is saal 23 April ko gujrat hukoomat se kaha tha ke woh ijtimai asmat darri ki mutasirah Balqis Bano ko 50 laakh rupay ka muawza day aur is ko ghar o nokari bhi faraham kere. gujrat hukoomat ki janib se muawza ki raqam nah milnay ki soorat mein Balqis Bano ney phir Supreme Court ka darwaaza khitkhitaya tha jis par ab sprim court ney gujrat hukoomat se kaha hai ke woh do hafta ke andar muawza aur ghar day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

yaad rahe Supreme Court ne gujrat hukoomat ke wakeel ki is arzi ko bhi kharij kar diya tha jis mein wakeel ne kaha tha ke muawza ki raqam bohat ziyada hai is ko kam kar ke das laakh kar diya jaye. yaadc rahe gujrat hukoomat ki janib se Balqis Bano ko sirf paanch laakh rupay ka muawza diya gaya hai .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

gujrat fasadaat hindostan ki tareekh par aik badnuma daagh hain jis mein barri tadaad mein musalmanoon ka qatal aam kya gaya tha. saal 2002 mein Balqis Bano ki Umar mehez 21 saal ki thi jab fasaad ke douran fsadiyon ne un ke sath ijtimai asmat darri ki thi aur un ki teen sala bachi ko bhi qatal kar diya tha.
